At Runestone Miniworks, we take care to ensure your order is packed securely and delivered to you as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • Custom, made-to-order, or pre-order items may take longer — estimated production times will be stated on the product page.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available) once your order has been dispatched.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays beyond the estimated timeframe, we’ll notify you by email.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and delivery method.
We currently ship using Royal Mail and other trusted UK courier partners.

Domestic (UK) Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Tracked Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

At present, Runestone Miniworks ships within the United Kingdom only.
If international shipping becomes available, we’ll update this policy accordingly.

3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only.
While we make every effort to meet these estimates, delivery times may vary due to:

  • Courier delays,

  • Weather conditions, or

  • Events beyond our control.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays once your parcel has been handed over to the courier.

4. Delivery Address & Missed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete when placing your order.
We are not responsible for:

  • Parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or

  • Additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery.

If a delivery is missed or returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional postage may apply).

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at info@runestoneminiworks.com.

  2. Include your order number and any relevant details or photos (for damage claims).

We will investigate with the courier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

6. Customs and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom (if applicable in future) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

7. Order Tracking

If your chosen delivery service includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

8. Delivery Delays and Exceptions

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., postal strikes, extreme weather, customs delays).
If your parcel has not arrived after the expected time frame, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
